Resources
I am proficient with all MS Office packages including Publisher.
I work for clients via Citrix links onto their own case management systems, and have experience with the differing case and document management systems of each of the local authorities for whom I have worked. I also use various different forms of transcription software (as well as physical media).

I routinely use the digital bookkeeping package Xero but have also previously utilised Quickbooks for clients.
I am able to create websites using IONOS and WIX and can maintain websites utilising Wordpress and I am familiar with Instagram, X and other social media platforms.

General
I live in Brandon, Suffolk, and hold a full driving and motorcycle licence. I have a current DBS Certificate. When not working I enjoy singing with several choirs.
CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
I have just completed a Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification with the Skills Network, some examples from which are contained in the Portfolio section of this website.

Alongside that qualification, to help embed those skills and knowledge, I am completing the Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Course.
